I love this recipe, especially on cold days. It's perfect for when you are in a hurry. Normally, my ground turkey is frozen so I defrost it for a few minutes in the microwave before I break it up and put it in the pot. Yummy, healthy, fast, and.... very little clean up! Tell me what you think!
1 pkg Ground Turkey
3 cups Bok Choy, chopped in large pieces
8 oz Baby carrots, cut in half
3 Tbsp Garlic powder
3 Tbsp Ginger powder
1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped in small pieces
3 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
3 tsp Sesame oil

In a large pot put 6 cups of water to boil. Break the ground beef up into bite size pieces and put in the pot. Add vegetables. Cook for 25 minutes. Add spices. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Cook time: 30 minutes
