Sample Daily Diet - Female



Breakfast

5 egg whites

Unlimited vegetables

3/4 cup of carb/starch

Mid-morning

4 oz protein

4 oz carb/ starch

Lunch

6-8 ounces of lean meat

3/4 cup of carb/starch

Unlimited vegetables

Mid-afternoon

4 oz protein

4 oz carb/ starch

Unlimited vegetables

Dinner

6-8 ounces of lean meat

3/4 cup of carb/starch

Unlimited vegetables

Evening

5-6 egg whites

Unlimited vegetables


**No carbs/starch 3 hours before bedtime. **
